Character Creation Rules
Below are 9 interesting tropes that will help guide you through this Campaign. Don’t be afraid to be just an ordinary human, but in this setting ordinary humans are not very common at all. With all of the radiation and super weapons, few people are similar to how we know people today.
Now you might read through these 9 tropes and see several that you like, and wonder if you can mash them together. Well you CAN! Not all tropes are compatible with each other however, so there’s a small chart to help you fit in with the world. If you want to build a character outside of the chart, just be aware that your character is a very unique and special individual, and probably the only one of its kind. This can be an interesting character concept, but too many of these in one party often just serves to water down the campaign as a whole.
Each Trope has a drawback and a boon, sometimes mixed together. If you select multiple tropes, you are strongly encouraged to take the drawbacks and boons from ALL the tropes you select.
